Which is better, an MBA concentration in Information Systems or a Masters of Science in Information Systems?

I don't want to be a programmer or anything mainly dealing with computers. I want to to something in a business technology environment. Which is more reputable and prestigious? Salary potentials? and most career options? The MBA requires a GMAT but the MSIS doesn't, does that make a difference? Will I be stuck with a career option in only IT with the MSIS?
