Where is the best place to go to law school?

I currently live in Chicago, and plan to go to law school. I do not intend on living in chicago after I finish my B.A. I have a few states in mind, but Chicago does have many reputable law schools. With that being said, should I apply for law school in my current state? Or should I apply in the new state I choose to live in?
